| About UsWe are a community panel of local people supported by BARCA-Leeds which is one of the largest independent charities working in West Leeds. We have set up to distribute £152,595 of Government funding in Armley Ward and to put together a plan for our community.The panel members are: Stuart McKenna - Community representative for Armley on the Area Committee Panel for West Leeds. Rt Hon John Battle - Former MP for West Leeds. Cathryn Thom - Local resident and BARCA-Leeds Funding and Development Manager. Lawrence Dixon - Local resident Hazel Boutle - Armley resident, organiser of Armley Fun Day and Chair of Healthy Living Network, a charity based in Armley.
